Application

Designed for workpieces that can be suspended, these machines are ideal for shot blasting castings, small objects, forged parts, grilles, and similar components. Workpieces rotate and/or move within the blast wheel range for thorough cleaning.

Construction and Protection

1. Machines are built from solid manganese steel plates.
2. Shot blasting sections are reinforced with wear-resistant manganese steel shields.

Abrasive Separation & Efficiency

1. Advanced abrasive separators ensure optimal cleaning and high processing speed.
2. Dust emissions from the filter remain below 3 mg/m³, meeting strict European standards.


Control and automation

The machines are equipped with a PLC control panel, which enables precise management and optimization of the sandblasting process.
