Siapro Continuous Casting Lines

The project includes the design, delivery, and commissioning of the following equipment: belt conveyor, casting mold model, cooling tunnel, suction pipeline, pneumatic hammer for decoring, graphite application device, and weighing device. A mold is a metal casting mold used for casting various castings.

The pourTECH™ System

The pourTECH™ system enables precise control of molten iron casting into a sand mold through the bottom of the casting ladle. The process operates using a casting plug and brick. The system is based on years of development and includes the latest 3D laser for optimizing the molten metal level.
