Reference 206: Waste management in foundry to save money and have eco-friendly environment

Siapro foundry waste sand magnetic separator was successfully installed. All foundries are facing a problem with waste sand containing a lot of iron and steel parts. Siapro IN-LINE magnetic separator has a capacity of separating 99% of magnetic parts from the sand. Case study in this project, showed that between 120 – 150 tons/year will be recovered. All that material will be reused as a charge for furnace, thus helping our client in achieving significant savings in their operation and increase productivity.

New engineering project for a railway company was completed in 2020, providing a full design and highly demanding technological solution, based on a very specific demands and requirements. Whole project was done from the scratch and finished on TurnKey basis.
