We are proud to be a part of the successful story. The SIJ Acroni/Research center Jesenice is a gold winner by Slovenian Chamber of Commerce for innovation an alternative production line for non-acidic cleaning of hot and cold rolled steel strips with shot blasting. In light of the SIJ Acroni technological requirements Siapro has developed, manufactured and commission unique mechanical, electrical and process control equipment to realize the anticipated requirements of shot blasting.

Siapro shot blasting machine in a new line for heavy plates in the cold rolling steel mill plant Acroni

The line for the heat treatment of thick plates (HTL - Heat Treatment Line) is used for the thermal treatment of special plates for the most demanding applications. At the beginning of the line are built two gantry cranes, trolleys for a package of plates, Siapro shot blasting machine type RC 2600x100 E-ECO with CPMT technology and part of the transport rolles.
