Refurbished in 2006; All new electric cables; New PLC S7-300; Line is still at site. Needed to be disassembly! Line is made up of a series independent units, that operate independently of each other in chronological order. All units are regulated and controlled through the main electrical cabinet, using controller Honeywell and Siemens S7 300. First moulds from sand are formed on moulding machine. They are released on the moulding machine line. On the end of moulding machine line, moulds are composed and moved to pouring – cooling line (with bridge crane).
