Additionally, we manufacture hydroelectric power plants up to 10 MW. Siapro Group

In 2022, Siapro d.o.o. became the majority owner of the Croatian company Strojrem d.o.o., expanding our engineering and production capabilities. Today, our group consists of over 75 experts and 3,860 m² of production facilities. Strojrem specializes in manufacturing conveyors for bulk and piece materials.

Upgrade of a Shotblasting Machine from Another Manufacturer

At Siapro we don’t just manufacture and sell new machines - we completed many projects regarding upgrading and optimizing of existing equipment, including those from other manufacturers.

Here’s one example. What we did:
1. Replaced the roller track for improved functionality.
2. Upgraded the shielding in the shotblasting chamber for enhanced durability.
3. Changed and installed advanced Siapra E.ECO efficient shotblasting turbines to boost energy efficiency.
4. Replaced abrasive valves for better performance and maintenance ease.

This project demonstrates how we can breathe new life into older machinery, delivering cost-effective solutions while reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.

We completed the conversion and upgrade of a shotblasting machine, ensuring it operates with the highest efficiency and reliability.

The Future of Siapro, New Opportunities!

In Most na Soči in Slovenia, we are already renovating and expanding our office and workshop spaces. What’s happening at the moment?
• We are building an additional 200 m² of storage space.
• Construction has started on 260 m² of new offices and administrative spaces across two floors, creating 14 new workplaces.
• We are modernizing common areas: a state-of-the-art meeting room, a larger dining area, and more comfortable collaboration spaces.
Looking Ahead
The renovation is just the beginning. Over the next two years, we plan to expand our production capacity in Croatia. We are excited about these changes and look forward to welcoming you to our new spaces!

Our latest machine, now operational for a customer in Slovenia, embodies forward-thinking innovation. Designed for manual operation today, it offers seamless adaptability for robotic upgrades in the future, ensuring long-term efficiency and scalability.

Advanced Shot Peening Technology:

Purpose-built for surface hardening of gears and shafts, this machine features:
Two Siapro E.ECO turbines with 11 kW each for precise and powerful blasting.
High-tech components, including an AAD valve, AAF system, and frequency regulator for optimized control and performance.

Enhanced Productivity
With the ability to load three products simultaneously and accommodate up to 12 products, this machine delivers unmatched efficiency and throughput.

A New Step Towards Development: Renovation and Expansion of Headquarters

We started with the renovation and extension of our office and workshop facilities at the headquarters of Siapro d.o.o., Postaja 9, 5216 Most na Soči, Slovenia. This important step reflects our growth and development over the past 30 years, as we have outgrown existing capacities with the team and scope of work. The expansion will ensure better working conditions and foster the company's growth.

The project includes 200 m² of additional storage space, 14 new workplaces and as much as 260 m² of new areas for offices and administration, which will be spread over two floors.

In addition, working conditions will also improve in common areas - with a modern meeting room, a larger dining room and more comfortable spaces for socializing and collaboration. We look forward to a future in more modern facilities, enabling greater efficiency, satisfaction, and team cohesion.

In the next two years, we also plan to expand our production facilities in Croatia. With these steps, we are strengthening the foundations for future success and consolidating our role on the global market.
