Drying cores


For more demanding core castings sometimes brush the paste. In this case, the technological process requires drying of the core. Today the core can be dried in several ways:
  •      Classical tunneling gas or electrically heated dryers
  •      Microwave dryers
Microwave drying is the most frequently in use. It is energy efficient because only heats the material, it is fast, no need to preheat the oven and what is also important, some tissue while drying further strengthened.
